Portal moves and early signings

 While the transfer portal is hopping and the early signing period begins this week in college football. Max Olson of The Athletic joins AP’s Ralph Russo to talk about the best players in the portal, those who have already made their way through and how the transfer market impacts high school recruiting. Max talks about this season’s FCS player drawing major offers, plus how does the quarterback movement play out and where will all those Jackson State players land. On the recruiting, as we enter a new NIL era, the schools landing the top classes still look awfully familiar.
